Dr. Garvin attended Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago, Illinois where he earned a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. He is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association and the Florida Podiatric Medical Association. In order to keep up with the latest advances in podiatric medicine Dr. Garvin regularly attends continuing medical education seminars throughout the country to enhance his medical training.

Dr. Garvin specializes in the care and treatment of medical conditions and deformities of the foot, ankle, and lower leg. Dr. Garvin's mission is to provide his patients with the highest quality of podiatric medical and surgical care in a professional yet comfortable setting. Patients are always treated with courtesy, dignity and respect by a competent, highly-trained podiatric physician with many years of experience. 

Dr. Garvin treats a wide array of patients including, but not limited to, those with sports and running injuries, common conditions related to golfing, dancing, congenital deformities, and age related conditions. Every attempt is made to first treat patients in a conservative manner right on site, in our offices, applying the latest treatments and technologies such as; Diagnostic Ultrasound, Doppler Ultrasound, Shock Wave, and Autologous Platelet Concentrate (APC)*. However, when a surgical procedure is necessary, Dr. Garvin is on staff at Saint Lucie Surgical Center as well as The Medical Center of Port Saint Lucie.
